Bangkok - We are thrilled about our launch of the first ever
TADG party commemorating our opening issue! With an international audience
and an encouraging home crowd of more than 250 guests, the event at
the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in early June was quite a success.
The first issue of TADG made its way to all the major outlets in Bangkok,
Chiang Mai and Pattaya, including selected 5 star hotels, international
schools, clubs and associations, educational institutions for design
and art, art galleries, embassies, selected service apartments and condominiums,
Suvarnabhum Airport Bangkok, TCDC, and The Thailand Tourist Authority.
Within a month of this, we are here with the online information guide
that will now reach a global audience. You can get all the news and
information about the arts at the site www.thailandartanddesignguide.com,
and everyone can be updated about the Thailand arts scene worldwide.
The website would be ideal for anyone visiting Thailand or just passing
by to check out whats happening. The advanced search function
allows you to search by location, by venue, by artists origin
and many more parameters. Lets say you only have one weekend and
are interested in Thai master artists, you can search for them online
after specifying the nationality of the artist in the advanced search
feature and get in touch with the representing gallery.
We hope to make art more accessible through our initiatives and we appreciate
your support.
Enjoy the arts scene and do write to us with your feedback and comments.
